Understanding how to use “cCan” and “Could” correctly is an important part of learning English grammar. These two words are called modal verbs. They are mainly used to talk about ability, permission, possibility, and making polite requests.
What Are Modal Verbs?
Modal verbs are simply helping verbs. They add extra meaning to the main action word in a sentence. They help us express:
